Processing of data without separate consent

• To contact by providing an answer to the inquiry sent by the contact form - the legal basis is the necessity of data processing to perform the contract (art. 6. par. 1. lit. b GDPR); the consequence of failing to provide data will be the inability to send the contact form on the website.
• Statistical measurement of traffic on the website - the legal basis is the legitimate interest of the administrator (art. 6. par. 1. lit. f GDPR).

Personal data will be processed for the period necessary for the execution, termination or expiration of the contract and for the period after which any claims will become time-barred.


Processing of data after consent

We may also process personal data after separate consent in the following situations:
• Sending marketing information to the provided e-mail address (newsletter) - the legal basis is the consent of the data subject (Art. 6. par. 1. lit. a RODO); the consequence of not providing the data will be the lack of receipt of e-mails from the Administrator.

Personal data will be processed until we receive an appropriate request (deletion of data or withdrawal of consent to processing) from the data subject.


Transfer of data

Personal data obtained from the contact form are not transferred or sold to any other entities.Some personal data and activities may be transferred outside the EEA (European Economic Area):
• Personal data obtained in the statistical measurement of website traffic to Google LLC as part of the Google Analytics service. Consent to the collection and processing of data within Google Analytics can be revoked using the Google Analytics Opt-Out tool.
